This page will hold a ever growing list of questions you encountered during the work with TurboTool

 License panel will state a corrupted license. Error: "This license was corrupted!"

 This will happen when you have used a temporarily license before and installed the new version of TurboTool.
Please look for a new temporary license inside the manual (see Help menu), page 'License' or go online onto www.turbotool.de. Then enter the new license and get off this annoying message.

 TurboTool will not start. Error: "TurboTool must not be started from within a package ..."

 If you have'nt started TurboTool directly from the package, there may be a problem with the folder name, where you have installed TurboTool.
This is a known bug of Version 2.0: Please don't install TurboTool inside a Folder named TurboTool! This is fixed in TT Version 2.1 which is available for download.

 No filter actions are shown in panel "Choose Filter Action"

 Filter actions do have some requirements:
  • They must have an atomic "Read from Pasteboard" at first
  • They must have an atomic "Put onto Pasteboard" at last
  • The "Put onto Pasteboard" must put its "content as text" on pasteboard
In between these atomics you may do whatever you want. See the templates ("Filter Services") which are presented when you create a new action.

 Changing the custom icon does not work from droplets

 This is a known bug in Apples handling of icons in Finder! You may change the custom icon once; further changes are possible after logout/login - sometimes even this will not help.
