Welcome to the iRed2 Beta Program.
iRed2 is not finished for release yet, but with your kind help I'll fix the remaining bugs asap.
Please see the links below to get information on the current release, the known bugs, the limitations which should be lifted until release, and so on. The current release (version 2.0 beta 25 build 251 of July 13, 2009) can be downloaded from here (about 7.8 MB) - all further versions will be announced by iRed's built-in Software Update mechanism.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Unfortunately the new versions 24 and 25 do not run on G4 and G5 Macs reliably, and old IRTrans USB modules (firmware version 3.x) do not work. If you need to go back to the previous version, please download 2.0 beta 23 build 230. Or upgrade the module's firmware (please contact info@irtrans.com, PC required for firmware update). We are working on a fix
Free licensing has been prolongated until September, 1st. If you need to upgrade your free license, please enter these data into the respective fields on the iRed2 license panel, then click "Check Key":
