How To Change a Channel

How would one press one button in iRed2 or iRedTouch to select a TV or satellite channel that has up to four characters? For example, press the Animal Planet button and the satellite changes to channel 1 8 4? Or press NBC, and the TV changes to channel 0 3 . 1?

on this page the creation of tuner actions is described. This works for iRed2 and even for iRedTouch, if you export an remote template from iRed2. You can tell iRed2 how many digits to use, so the channel "2" may lead to 5 IR codes 0-0-0-2-ENTER, if necessary.
